Training &

Workshops

Two modules have been planned to support the future participants to the Innovative ideas (Idei de inventii) and Start-up Ideas (Idei de business) competions that will take place this fall. The participants will have the opportunity of continuous development in the field of eHealth, digital innovation, start-up mindset, project design & management. Developing skills in eHealth and Biomedicine would allow participants  to identify previously hidden opportunities for their ideas, and in turn to pivot and to adapt their plan in order to come up with the most innovative solutions for the identified problems.

Following these trainings, participants will be well versed in the tools and mindset often employed by startup teams, helping them easily identify their strengths and weaknesses and consider future challenges before they even arise.

Making use of the knowledge and skills previously taught, they will be able to articulately formulate their idea and explain its relevance, originality, planning, and other similar aspects. To participate in the two competitions participants will have to work in teams which will test their team work skills and will have to identify the how each of the team member brings something unique to their project idea. The proposals will be judged by professionals and the first 3 winning teams of each competition will be awarded prizes during the annual Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy Days by the Rector of the University and a capital meant for the project’s implementation. Through constant support and motivation, the winners of the competitions will be able to conduct their study and, respectively, to create the first prototype technology for their invention.

As our city, Cluj-Napoca, is already recognised as an IT cluster and hub, the young talented people present here could greatly benefit from the opportunity of accessing a different domain: the healthcare field.

Our amazing trainers.
